TJs offer these popular SST20 and RSST series Hydraulic Wrench Pumps. These units are well proven in the mining and petrochemical industries, as a popular reliable high torque wrench pump.

Found throughout Australia in Mines & Power Stations. The pumps offer fast flow rates, Less weight, and more reliable continuous operation on hydraulic torque wrenches. Used by all the major industries as the preferred pump for Hy Torque wrenches. Operated by a remote control, the auto retract shift valve does all the work. Roll Cage, Oil Cooler, Easy to use, Fast, Reliable, Quite and light weight. 20 Years in manufacture.

Two options are available: 240 Volt over hydraulic, and pneumatic over hydraulic. Both pumps will run wrenches from 140 To 50,000 Ft Lbs

4" Gauge Remote Control Regulator The Air Driven High Torque Wrench pumps are fast, Light, Compact, Reliable, and supplied fully equipped ready to go. Their designed to operate using lower air flow and pressure The SSD-10 pumps will run tools from 200 to 50,000 Ft Lbs. The air driven pumps are the perfect solution if electricity is not available or not safe to use. No over heating as they are cooled by the incoming air and are designed for long haul production shuts and outages ....

Setting The regulator / advance Pressure is fast. No more winding the regulator up and down. The pressure can be set accurately within 2 rotations. From 1000 - 10,000 psi and your ready to go.

The SSD-10 is quite, fast and responsive compared to any pump we have seen. The 3 stage Hydraulic pump means when the wrench is unloaded or in retract the flow increases. This speeds up the tool and helps it cycle faster. This is particularly evident on the bigger tools like the MXT 5, 10, 25 and 50 with larger piston sizes.

The Remote is just the right size and weight. Easy clear button control. The first button starts the pump and when depressed advances the wrench. When released it auto retracts the wrench, easy. The second button stops the pump.

These pumps offer the perfect balance of speed power and size. Their smaller size make them easier to carry onto platforms or into cavities. Shipping containers are also available.

All our High Torque hoses are rated at a Minimum of 4:1 ( 10,000 psi working 40,000psi burst ) This rating being important for any double acting hydraulic system. Hoses are supplied with standard 1/4" screw couplers and fittings. Hoses are assembled, bleed, tested and hydraulic test tagged. Burst protection sleeve also available on request.
